In 1919, John T. Ferreira opened a small real estate and insurance agency in sleepy Fernandina Beach. Since then, the family-owned business has grown with the community under the leadership of Robert P. Ferreira , son of the founder, and Bobby Ferreira, grandson of the founder. In 1978, John T. Ferreira & Son joined forces with CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC.
