Please accept this long overdue note of thanks for all your help. Jennie somehow knew that you were special even over the internet. Seven years ago she emailed you and asked for information on Amelia Island. We could not have anticipated how that fateful day would change our lives and start a wonderful relationship.

From our first meeting you gave us your undivided attention and honest advice which lead us to the home we still enjoy. Next there was the investment property where you insisted that I wait until the right property came along. I listened and waited, you found it, we purchased in 2003. You sold it for us 3 years later for a 62% return or $108,000.

You helped us buy our first commercial property, the shopping center on Atlantic, in 2004 which has now more than doubled in value as well as provided homes to our two burgeoning businesses. Most recently, we worked together to contract, and then assign that contract on a commercial property that became a big WIN for all involved.

As much as anything, we appreciate your sincere advice and guidance on local business people and service providers who always perform as you tell us to expect. Of course there were a couple of times that I didn’t follow your advice and lived to regret it. I know better now.
